Hi there! I thought I'd let you know there's an update for Rya and Etcher. Wheee! *skips out*

Wow, haven't been here for a long time. Hehehe... *chuckle trails off nervously* Well, there's a comment on one of my pieces that says you want updates on when I update. Heh. I've completed the six story Nazgrim set and embarked on a new set, 3 of which are up. Warrior's Fall is up to chapter 10, and will actually be coming down once I hit the 50 story limit in a couple updates, so if you want to read up to that point you might want to do so in the next month or so. I think that's all the changes... ^_^

:-) Mercedes A. Boggs replies: "Hi there! I'm so sorry I haven't had the chance to visit your site and read that wonderful story. I've been so busy preparing for test at school and the major one I have to take in June. I will try very, very hard to read it in the next month. It is a wonderful story, and I'd hate to see it leave before I can read it. 2"

[skips in, sits down and is intimidated by sheer size of story. Slight whimper] ...Convince me?

:-) Mercedes A. Boggs replies: "Hi there and thanks for visiting. Don't feel intimidated by the story. There are three poems on the site: "The knight and the maiden", "Christmas Knight", and "Starcrossed" with another in queue "The Sentry". If you did want to start the story, the prologue is short. I have to admit that the first chapter does have a bit of violence and is rather fast paced. Either way, don't feel pressured, just enjoy whatever you want to read and don't feel forced to read anything. 2"

[blushes] I'm allergic to poetry. Nah, it's that I'd like to read something, but if I read one, I'd probably do the rest or have it bug me forever that I hadn't...violence no worries, my least violent story had a body count of about six billion, three thousand two hundred and thirty-two people. (mind you, no-one died in my most violent story up, which must say something twisted about my psychology)
Hmm.
Well, I'll read the prologue and see if I'm drawn in.

:-) Mercedes A. Boggs replies: "Ah, the infamous poetry allergy. I have heard tales of it. Well, I'm happy you're not turned away by violence. I'll give another little warning, there's a bit of romance too. Anywho, which story is the violent one with no death, sounds intriguing. And the number you quoted in your most violent one sounds very much like the population of Earth. I hope you enjoy whatever you read. I have to go stop by your page and enjoy a bit more mind twisting. Toodles."

You have? Ah, all right.
I did have someone threaten to throw up after ;Transactionsi>, but I think I need to improve the middle short in that near-series. Um. Yes. If it's any consolation the guy that blew up the planet was asleep at the time. [looks around for Toodles]

:-) Mercedes A. Boggs replies: "Good writing should stir emotions. I think having someone threaten to throw up qualifies, as long as that was your goal.

I don't know if knowing he accidentally blew up the world is any consolation.

Toodles went that way. (Points to muddy little footprints heading East)"

Well he didn't mean it...[chases Toodles]

Hey Mercedes! When you gonna put new stuff up? Oh well, I suppose I can go and read Betrayal of Amaranthe... Again! But that's okay, it's a good story.
My deviantArt site has a new story on it that I didn't put up on elfwood cause its not the finished product. If you want to read it go ahead! I also have an unfinished part of the first chapter of the Silver Star up, so come by and read it, maybe help me find direction to where I'm going? Hopefully I'll see you there! 2

"The Sentry" is a great addition. Great work as always... you are one excellent author.

Miss Boggs,

It certainly has been a long time. It seems as though everyone I know has taken a break from Elfwood. I myself have just returned from a long break, ready and writing. How is my fellow Dragon doing? Well, I hope. Still writing? Still studying? Or are you like me, only a former Dragon now, working in the real world? Eep jobs! Anyhoo, I just thought I’d stop in and look for any new posts. *waggles her finger at you in disappointment*

Hello again,

Rya and Etcher has finally been updated 22 I know, right! It’s only one chapter, but I’m hard at work on the second and - muse permitting - it should be posted within a few weeks.1
