Just something I was playing around with. It's 32 x 20 inches in acrylics on museum board. Update: Yes! I've finally got a better version uploaded. My new digital camera did a little more justice to this painting than my aps camera. For all you artist, I highly recommend getting yourself a 2.1 Megapixel camera or better. Especially if your art is much bigger than your scanner.

The dragon stared at the city in the canyon, aware that it would be dangerous there for him. If he did not bear the elven girl on his back, they would probably slay him the first chance they got. Even so, he would go. He had to fulfill his quest to the Storm.

Love the background detail! especially the stormy sky behind the dragon. often, little detail is put into the back ground. Love the dragon's scales as well. must have taken hours. . .

To tell you the truth, the first thing that caught my eye was the flat face of the guy on the dragon...But I'll tell you what..You sure as He*l can draw better than me, cause I can't.

I really hate to say this for such a fantastic peice, but the Dragon's face doesn't look quite right. For some reason, it looks like a old statue that sits there. They eyes just seem flat. . . I love the background though!

. . . at least you have more talent of dragons/humans that me O_O;

Very nice...it's especially great to see such a detailed piece done in a traditional medium: PAINT!

I am feeling like a broken record. Once more I must say thanks for the great picture. Dragonlance is a big part of my life. It keeps me entertained no matter what's going on. The pictures of the dragons are my favorite. This is a ten out of ten. You feel like it really is going to take off the page!!!
