Er-Murazor is the Witchking's real name.

The witch king's real name is Murazor and he was once a great king of Numenor.

I love the picture. I like the idea of make the Carrion Bird (Fell Beasts) like a dragon and nice idea of how to make the Witch-King appear as kind of a dark rouge rather than a shadow with a humaniod form.

On the Witch-King's name, his real name is Tindomul (Elfvish for "Twilight Son"). His Numenorean title was Er-Murazor (Elfish for "The Black Prince"). He recieved the name of Witch-King after he became a Nazgul and gained rule over the land of Angmar. Also, he is the youngest son of the 11th Numenorean King, King Tar-Ciryatan and the younger brother of Tar-Atanamir the Great, 12th King of Numenor.

Again, great picture. I hope you do more pictures of the Witch-King and the other Nazgul.

I really like the way the background is red around the nazgul and his..."bird", and blue around Theoden and his horse. I read some of the comments, and you said that you liked the nazgul better with a cloak than with armour. Why didnt you just draw him like that? I mean, you already changed the Bird, and added arms! (Really nice arms by the way)Why is the nazgul left handed?

Love the picture and i like the arms idea it certainly gives the creature more character.

Cool...I was sure "Nazgul" technically referred to the Black Riders and not their steeds. I just about cried when Theoden died after all he had to go through. You did an awesome job with this picture.
