I work in acyrlics a lot and know the time and effort that must have gone into this. The colours are rich and the texturing beutiful. I also love the shadow at the bottom. There is no downfalls or niggles here which is impressive. The only thing I didn't like is the overall composition of the piece. I felt that it didn't hold the eye the way that it should, you sort of drift off to the left. Depsite all the work that has gone into this, it is hard to focus on each figure and each piece of detail. I think this is mainly due to the fall of the light on the piece. | |
