Christine M Thoma Margeson

My name is Christine Thoma Margeson and I've been drawing for as long as I can remember. It's the only thing I've ever really wanted to do. I suppose being an only child influenced that, as I had to have something to occupy myself. I studied art in college, got my BFA in Ilustration, and am just waiting for the opportunity to actually work in my field. So, in the meantime, I create for myself, and my friends who like my work. I tend to be influenced by Celtic designs and their myths. I'm trying to create my own assortment of celtic knot work designs.. not a simple task! But I enjoy it just the same. Most of my work is done in graphite and/or colored pencil. I paint occasionally with acrylics, but prefer the dry media. By joining Elfwood, I hope to give my work more exposure by sharing it with so many others. If one person enjoys my work, then it was all worth it.
