Christy Babrick

Most of my work draws inspiration from fantasy, folklore, celestial, and children's book illustrations. Some of my favorite artists include James Christensen, Daniel Merriam, Leo and Diane Dillion, Brian Froud, and Kay Nielson. I enjoy drawing and painting colorful, detailed images, though I do occasionally like to draw black and white pictures, most often by combining ink and pencil. I also like to work with pastels, oils, acrylics, and Photoshop. Comments are always appreciated; thanks for looking!
