Beautiful work, I love the dragons~ they all have such fantastic stories... Christopher R. Yost replies: "They do have interesting stories, sometimes I wish I could elaborate on them. Something look forward to I guess. Thanks you very much for the comment, Catherine!"
Hey! Pretty good stuff! You definitely have talent: it just needs to be developed a little more. Don't get me wrong. Please take this as constructive criticism.^^ You might want to work on shading and lighting a bit, and when you colour, bear down harder (unless it's in a particularly lighted area) so it doesn't look as sketchy. Your drawings will look more true-to-life this way. Also, you might want to work a little on wings. Remember; for angel and bird-like wings, never make the last row of feathers completely straight. Instead, make them either slanted or curved; either up or out. If you leave them flattened at the top, it just looks like someone hacked off the last three or four rows of feathers. On the dragon wings, I would just browse around various sites (and Elfwood is an excellent one!) to sketch out examples of various wing patterns and types. You can also do this for the body and clothing. (And whatever else you like!) Hope this helps! Excellent work, good lad! Christopher R. Yost replies: "Thank you for the constuctive crit Sarah. Indeed, I still need to work on a few things, and I will take your crit to heart. Thanks again!"

(email me for more tips) Christopher R. Yost replies: "Well, all I can say is that I hope you artn't just judging me by my early works. I will admit that the gallery is a bit "out of date". If you're interested in seeing my more recent stuff, you should look into my other gallery on deviantART.Well, thanks for stopping by. I do appreciate the advice."
Hello Mr. Yost: I like your work here and I will probably post some things in the future. About your stories, I like them very much. About your drawings "practice makes the master", your work is good and you will be improving so your drawings will be better and better, you have talent and must be exploited. Keep on the real good work!. I have a question, why some Draconians have wings and others haven't any? is there any racial characteristics? I hope you could answer me that. Christopher R. Yost replies: "Well, thank you for the comment Chiletrek, and believe me, my work has improved over the years. As for your question, there is a two part answer to that. The first, technical answer is that yes, the wings are a characteristic to certain types of draconians and dragons, while in most cases the wings are "hidden" when in that form. The second answer is that sometimes I either forget to draw the wings or just don't add them for one reason or another."
Hey, you got some new stuff. Nice. Gettin' better and better each time. Keep at it! There's a lot of color, and emotion in the pics. I like 'em. It seems you quit drawing draekards... or that's just me. =P
