  | Chaos Fury A weapon forged by the greatest blacksmith in Athmesda, forged of demonic metal, specifically for Fivrao's use. The weapon is a circular spinning blade that is attached to the weilder at the wrist by a length of chain attached to a gauntlet. The runes on the blades and chain give the weapon great power with the demonic metal, and allow the chain's range increase as the weilder gains more experience. The blades are also large enough to be used as an effective sword-style wepaon without being thrown. The weapon was forged from old demonic weapons, a material that took the smith a few days to fully learn what the metal was capable of before he was able to reforge the metal and develop the weapon. This was a weapon idea that I had for Fiver that I sat down and worked on a bit, the weapon was influenced by the weapon in the game 'God of War'. The main weapon design shows three different blades, though the actually weapon doesn't have the three styles, those were just design ideas that I added to the one drawing, possibly an "evolution" of the weapon as it gets stronger; order would start at the upper right and go counter-clockwise to the bottom. Used two different colors to help in distinguishing the weapon form the rest of the sketchings. While I was working on the sketches, I decided to play around with it a bit. I found a good Photoshop tutorial for parchment, so I worked with it a bit for the sketch, making it look like the smith's actual notes. I really like how it turned out. Photoshop CS. 2005. |
