SciFi and Fantasy Art Gene´s Freedom by Christopher R. Yost

I guess what they say is true, you don't appreciate what you have until you've lost it, and gain it again.

This image was part of a series I did, Gene was put into a series of situations to express emotion, where he was captured and escaped to regain his freedom. This one, which I feel is the best out of the three, shows his joy for his freedom.
