This is the Heart of the Stone, with Callandor stuck into it, it is transparent because it is supposed to be, because it is made out of diamond or something. I know, it doesn't have any walls, but I will add them later.

This is an OK if rather simplistic pic. I have a few critisms though. Surfaces are too smooth. Sword is clear/translucent rather than crystal like, the light is too reflective off the pillars and there are only one set of pillars, the rest is just black background.

Don't get me wrong, Iove the pic, but the heart of the stone held all the nobles in it. For so many people I think the collumbs are a bit close. I do under stand that it is the only to get the detail that you wanted in a small space. I think the red texture on the collumbs is great. If you do add walls, they should be really far away for the reason mentioned earlier. I like lighting effect on Callandor as well. Also, if anyone gives you any flack about walls, just say it is in the world of dreams. there is no light exept where you are. Great Pic.

ah! I knew what it was before I read the text. It's precisely as I imagined it.

Isnt callandor supposed to be floating in the air?

the picture is wonderful, however there are a few minor issues, though those have been addressed, adn i will not bring them farther. it needs work, but it is great. All hail the DRAGON REBORN!

So I'm guessing this picture took place right after Rand jammed the sword in the stone... It's exactly how I imagined it reading the book.

this is a good picture, however i do think that the columns are too close together. Also in the book Callandor is described as perfectly straight in the Heart.

Not having read any of the volumes of the WOT, I cannot comment directly to the point, but as to 'The Heart of the Stone' as a thing unto itself, I might make so bold to suggest that there are indeed walls, but ones lying in shadow beyond the sword's mystic glow...........?
