	I finally decided to get back into my art by starting a new canvas. I'm a little leary about this one because it is going to be my very first oil painting. As you can see, it is in the very early stages.

Robyn Copperhead Lee replies: "Even I knew that. I know tons about anatomy, but I guess my mind was off in lala land or something...or maybe my muse was on vacation? I'm just glad I caught it before I started painting it. whew I hope to get it started soon...but the problem with working in oils is that they take so long to dry! Lol. But, I've found that I really do like them. "

This one is the best of its other stages i think beccause you can see the back leg really well.But dont get me wrong the others are really great tooo!!!! I liked how he turned out after he was painted, but there are times when I wish I had left him like this. It seems that while he was still in the pencil stages, the detail was better. Oh well. I figure the more I work with oil paints, the better the details and my experience will get. I'm glad you like him, though. Thanks for the great comments!
