Well, here is yet another of my traditional name works.  I forgot to upload this one last time, so, here it is.  This one is my oldest daughter's unicorn.  It's done in colored pencil and soft chalks.  I love doing these, don'tcha know? Lol.

NOTE:  A couple of artists have commented on him being green... he isn't  green.  It's an older image...done back when I think my niece was a baby.  I think it looks green because of the age, and the way it was picked up by the camera.   The only actual green in the image is the lettering in Amiee's name.

I like the green here. The simplicity of it gives it a nice uncluttered look. Thanks, John! I was so surprised when they got accepted so quickly. I'm a little disappointed in this one because cropping it took a lot away from the "A". I'm glad you like it.

Sweet 1 He (uh oh, or she?) looks really cool. The yellow was a good choice, and the mane is good. That kind of mane is becoming like your signature, isn't it? It adds a lot 2 Great work! Well, I don't know about the mane being my signature, but it is nice. This was actually done several years ago, and I used a reference for it. The image even had the yellow in the eye. But I'm thinking about using that mane style in other works....it does seem to work for me, doesn't it? I'm glad you like it.

OHHHH. OMG! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! the color the look on his face. (is it a he?) I love it. this is darn gone good! this is one of your best! I LOVE IT! so romantically depressing! Hehehehehe....thanks, Larka! I'm glad you like it. I'm not sure if it's a he or she....can't remember. Lol. This image just goes to show how out of practice I got from when it was done until now, though. I've been trying so hard to find time to do more stuff, but it's tough. It's turned off cloudy and cold here...might be a good day for some art work, no?

you and youre pastels 1 its a great unicorn do but just a question why is he green ....ooh and the facial caracter lines arev greatley done it looks like hes on his guard protecting something or somone like hes not tottally on his guard but he carrys pride with him as well prid for what he is .....whe can learn allot from this unicorn 1 ooooh eum btw can you like eum send the responce to my adress you know that thingy you gotta cross it could be liek eum you did that before anyway whatever Hehehe.....I do love my pastels. I'm glad that you like him...but he isn't green. I think it's just because the image is older, and it's the way the lighting worked when I took the pic. The only green in it is the lettering. But he does have a proud look, doesn't he?
