A little disturbing.
It's clearly a woman, but there's something asexual about her: No genitals, no nipples, no hair. Completely naked, stripped of everything. Tied up in bloody strings.
It's a strong image. Very simple, but very evocative as well.

This is truly amazing. Most of the pictures of these sites I don't comment on, I just watch in awe, but this one is just stands out.

So you want to know how I take this?
Well I found your page looking for drawings about self injury that you have to know. The woman/girl is clearly bound and stuck in blood. For me it's like she hurts herself, makes herself bleed. And now she can't get out of it, she doesn't control it anymore. Scars everywhere but she doesn't really want to make herself bleed.
She's not a whole person (lack of details&hair) she doesn't see herself as others, she's different, a bit more bad cause of her nasty habit.
I escaped from the cobweb of blood but it's still inside of me.If you want to check out my page I'm about to make a drawing about self injury, if you are interested of course. wow it kinda makes my breathing deeper at first all the emotion that showes in your drawing its amazing. like all her pain bleeing everywhere taking controll and not letting her go or be i love it.
