SciFi and Fantasy Art Project Ghoul Kingdom, Nixi the sprite by Addy ´borqje´ Corstiaensen

This one is the second pic of a little project to try and get all characters of a new AD&D party illustrated before our new adventure 'The Kingdom of the Ghouls' starts. The whole party is going to be up here soon. My friends have worked hard on their characters, some have made a really detailed picture. I find that character design always cost a lot of time, but in this case I could skip that part, it took the end of an afternoon and an evening to make this one.

This is Nixi the sprite, a tough little lady stuck in some spider threads, she jus managed partly to free herself (it's a fictive situation, we haven't crossed the borders of the surface with the Underdark yet). I believe (as far as the DM wanted to share information) the whole story is situated in the Underdark, with plenty of undead, hence the skull in the background.

24 Aug 2002	Gaggelini	Loading... Great pose great wings great shadowing. Only faults i can see are two logical ones. 1. The way she holds the sword with just her fingers would make it hard to cut through the spiderweb. 2. I see the arrows but no bow, just the sword.
