SciFi and Fantasy Art Treasure hunt by Addy ´borqje´ Corstiaensen

I made this one for my brother . Done on heavy paper (Fabriano I believe, 400grs) with acrylics and coloured pencil. started and finished in one go. Sketched the scenery roughly on the paper (lines still visible if you look at the picture) added a brown shade and made thin layers with acryl, added the details later. This girl is based upon the D&D character I play. It's Sin, a multiclassed thief/mage and she's knocking herself out. She's accompanied by a crow, one of her friends. One Big Goal drives them: to collect as many shiny things as you can...under the guardians nose.

I really like the ghostly-look it has, specially with the scary demon creature sneaking up on the poor, unassuming treasure hunter!! It makes me want to yell "Run run!!" It wasn't the wisest thing to do, breaking in and robbing this place, fortunately she has a little sentinel flying around and warning her for the approaching danger... phew
6 Oct 2001	Bree Patton	Loading... One Problem: The gardian doesn't HAVE a nose...Therefore they can't hide under it. o_o;; I hope she knows how to fight big demon monkies with wings! Oh no she doesn't fight them, she just irritates them to death =))
