The shading is good and you have an inventive way with clothing and providing each drawing a little story. May I give you a tip or two? Don't rush when you're working. I get the feeling that large areas (of dark proceeding to bright, or the other way around haven't gotten the same amount of attention as small areas and the wonderful details. If you have the patience, work slower, take time to cover the pencil lines, work with lots of thin layers... Anyway... You have neverhteless a wonderful gallery. Keep the pencil wrigglin', Craig. Cheers!

I have been prowling through Elfwood for several years now and there are a lot of fine artists. But there are only a couple I keep going back to. When I want to see really gorgeous, professional-quality art, I check out Yvonne Power (q.v.). But when I want to be transported into the realm of faerie, I go to your gallery. I haven't found anyone else out here in the 'Woods who has your ability to put a fantasy scene down on paper and draw us into it. No one else. I know the "real world" gets in the way and all of that, and to do one of your multi-character pics must take just short of forever, but you have a unique talent and it would be wonderful to see more of it. To me, "fantasy art" means not just pictures of elves and dragons, but art that draws us into fantasy -- and you do that the best of anyone I have found out here!

I also like it that you take the time to describe the scene from the role play games that belongs to a drawing. It makes it feel like reading an illustrated book.
