This is a commission artwork for the book "Crónicas de Sombras I: Los Espejos de Runahed" by Lucía Glez. Lavado. The girl is Kelsie, one of the principal characters of the book. Done in Photoshop CS2. Some close-ups here and here.

EDIT: Since there's a lot of people that seems to think that this picture promoves suicide, I must tell you that it's not the case. She didn't cut or try to kill herself. There's a reason why she has bandages around the hands, and it's magic related. I can't tell you exactly what because I could spoil the book of my client.
