This is the first drider that i have seen that i actually like, but again those ears could be lethal weapon, way too big

I can not argue that this pic is very good and the aritst should be proud of her skillful abilities, but there lies one false not in which can be seen but must be grasped by knowlegde. Drider are only male knowing that females are of high standerds in the drow city of Menzoberranzan and will not be resorted to such a punishment, becoming a drider is the worst punishment in the Underdark by our drow friends, punishing a female would only give as a highest form of punishment, death. I'm am not insulting anyones intelegence in this manner considering there are certain books that you must read in order to obtain this info, mainly books by Salvatore.
To the artist I say great work and try your skills with a male Drider.Is English your first language? It is? Ah...well...not insulting anyones intelligence either, but I have read all the Salvatore books. Literally. All of them. And I couldn't give a damn, because this was requested by someone as a character drawing, and they can request anything they like - Artist

This is by far the best drider drwing that I have seen. I am absolutely amazed by it.

although like one comenter sid, most drider are only male. But I do have to disagree with him/her on it. The only times i've seen female drider i anything are in D&D Drider are a race in there own becasue of what they had become, although they only have eggs rarely, that it why there are so few female.

other than that great job on the drawing. at's awsome and I'd like to see more of it.

Yes driders are the worst punishment for loth, being an Old AD&D player from years upon years, Drow Priest (female), and Drow Wizards(Male)would go through a certain series of test once they obtained a certain amount of power and the ones that failed the test were transformed into Asexual hidueos beast known as driders, Driders bodies were so deformed and bloated that one could not tell weather the drider was once male or female, I'm sorry Very Smart Teen Kid, but R.A. Salvatore did not invent the drow fantasy Race, and like the artist said before , she is open to draw the picture in her own interpretation how she likes. Personally even though they are supposed to be depicted as asexual, If I happen to draw a Drider I'd definatly find a female figure to be more interesting.
