SciFi and Fantasy Art Rose by Kat ´Feline One´ Critchley

I last drew a rose when I was 14 years old, and I painted it from a photograph I took. Since then I don't think I've once attempted a flower that might look remotely realistic, and, bar the spikey bald fairy that appears to be poledancing rather worryingly (the thorns children, the thorns!) I'm alarmed that I managed to do this in half an hour while working at a bar with nothing better to do and no reference whatsoever.

3 Sep 2004	Bill Sinclair	Loading... I really like the wings on the fairy, in most depictions of fairys that I see tey have the useual mono-wing tinkerbell style or else have butterfly wings. I really like the three wing idea. Excelent job.
