So here's my theory, right ... Vampire's don't like the sunlight, what with it killing them and all. So supposing they used their vampiric powers to create thunder storms. You know, with the billowing big black clouds that would handily block out all the rays of the sun. So there they'd be, amid the dark sky, thunder and lightning, and falling rain, completely safe from the sun. They could have the added bonus of having control over the lightning. Useful against pesty enemies and for personal use too, like lighting your house for next to nothing and listening to personal music players when the batteries have run out. (That would be so handy for me, I like music where ever I go) So vampires could go out during the day, under the safety of a stormy sky. Down side is they'd get all wet, because of the rain, but I guess that is better than getting burnt to a cinder. They could always use an umbrella. So that is my theory - vampires can create storms, hurrah for them. December 2004.

The perspective is great, I would love to draw something in this perspective, if I was able to do so.

The description is very good, and it's an interesting theory about vampires.

The use of colours is very good, and I love this picture!

This is amazing! The shades you've used on his clothes are perfect - you work so well with folds *envy* - and I especially like his blue jewelly-pin-clasp thing. The lightning is also brilliant, especially that arc between his hands. Love it all *_*

They could probably direct where the rain goes, and there would be this little rainless bubble following them around.

This is gorgeous, by the way.

:-) Laura F. Crites replies: "Thank you! Yeah, that is a great idea. Much more convenient than an umbrella. ^_^"

I really like your method of lighting, like in the snow picture. I like the motion of the picture as well =D

I find it interesting that the two main things you draw seem to be angels and vampires, the light and dark.
