SciFi and Fantasy Art Wolfspider by Barry Crocker


	For a short time a considered writing and drawing my own comic book. This was to be the main character....the Wolfspider! I realize that this may not fit neatly in with the overall subject matter of Elfwood but here it is anyway....

4 Nov 2002	Rachael Mayo	Loading... I dunno, he doesn't scare me too much - X-Men's Beast wasn't terribly scary - he was a hoot! This guy looks kinda like that. He may look intimidating at first with alla those fuzzy arms and the extra eye, but then he opens his mouth and gives you a dissertation on particle physics and stray quarks - and you're intimidated not by the lavishly manicured nails, but by the polysyllabic phrases that jump out of his mouth and take root in your brain... I'm babbling again, aren't I... I'm impressed by this one, and I think he's about my favorite of your lot. Strange and personable, all at once. Bravisimo.
