Keep working, you seem to have a fairly solid set of beginners skills. I suggest that you read online tutorials if you haven't already -http://www.polykarbon.com/tutorials/index.htm and http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/index.html and http://www.bakaneko.com/howto/index.html all have some excellent tutorials, if I remember correctly. I suggest you try to expand your artistic abilities beyond manga at some point - there's a wealth to be found in other styles. Keep drawing.
