Tag As FavoriteComment		Sketched absently on the inside back cover of one of my school notebooks with a blue ballpoint pen (the scan was grayscale, though, so you can't tell). The shading's not so good, but hey, it was the best I could do with a pen. Kind of what I pictured Bag End (in Hobbiton in the Shire in Middle-earth, etc) as looking like, with no reference to the movie version. I *really* need to work on my trees. Their leaves are most definitely... weird-looking.... somehow...

Hey, what an awesome Bag End! The little round door.....I love how hobbit-holes are all round and cozy (I'm going to go dig myself a hobbit-hole to live in one of these days) I can't believe you did this absently - it's very real-looking, especially the hills look quite rounded and pastoral. The tree thing - leaves (of most trees) don't come directly off the largest branches; the branches branch, and keep on branching til you get down to twigs, and it's on the smaller twigs that the leaves grow. Don't know if that helps.....
