Most European styled dragons have either three or four digits on each hand and foot. but it depends then it depends on who draws it. Anyway it has three because it is also a common thing most artists do when drawing the dragon. Not saying that this artist can’t draw a good finger. It’s just more common to find a three fingered dragon then a 4-5 or 2 clawed dragon. Two claws is the second most common also. 4 is rare
