Tag As FavoriteComment		The Monthly Gargoyles Character <http://www.myst.org/mgc/> is an art contest that I regularly enter, in spite of the fact that the competition is stiff and winning is very difficult. It's by making yourself stretch your skills that an artist grows. MGC is probably one of the main reasons that I started to fool around in Photoshop at all. 'Seaguardian' is a combination of tradition watercolor, layered in Photoshop to give it that underwater feel. Wish me luck!!

How do you keep doing it? All your pics I've looked at have been absolutely incredible. Is it natural or have you practiced for years? I love the detail on this one especially, it's the best I've looked at so far. The colour mixtures are great too.
