Another shot of Jax in Photoshop. Criticism needed. *Update - I fixed the bumpy hairline.

I'm sure you probably know this by now, but you could try using a very, very small brush and a low-intensity setting on the smudge tool to fix his hairline a bit by drawing a touch of his skin color back up into his hair briefly. The mask-face didn't really bother me at first, everything else had my attention, but it became more noticeable. Hence the comment.

I really like what you did, though, I've gone through all of your Jax pictures and I love how angular he is, it's unique and you're very talented in all of the media you've shown us. Don't ever stop. =)

My only comment would be that the hairline still looks unnatural, the composition of the work is beautiful, it captures a moment of his existence.

Nice....hairline is a little to drastic for me, but besides that flawless.

Holy <bleeeep>!

There is something powerful about this picture that I can't quite place a finger on. It may be the angle, or simply the expression, but it speaks volumes of your talent. That much is for sure.

Very nice. I like it. Very good shading. Lovely, But who is that guy really? He seem to appear everywhere on your pictures. You seem to like him.

The facial features remind me of a medieval jester. The pointed nose, cleft chin and sharp eyebrows all look like they could be accentuated by a mask. The bright hair also goes with the jester look--but I think that to define the hair you should put a few lighter shades on the brink of the individual strands. The darker shades could just be more defined.

While the whole picture is very soft; which is a good unifying factor, the hard line on the hair makes it so much more interesting. It draws your eye down to his face.
