	In this picture I just wanted to draw a woman samurai that I could later color with a pale face. I know, the outfit is slightly skimpy, but, just imaging how distracted her enemies would be in a fight if she wore that. o_0

In spite of it, the proportions and pose are great. Cyrene Domogalla replies: "True, true. But samurai were usually men. Besides, a woman has to make up for strength with speed, which means dodging. Hei?"
24 Mar 2003	Lieuwe Boer	Loading... Well, samurai did intend to make a show out of their battlefield appearance, mainly by wearing flamboyant costumes. You can't say this female samurai doesn't fit to that description... Nice pic
26 Jul 2003	Hiro Yoshimoto	Loading... ... That is not a Naginata... Thats an ancient Chinese Pole-Blade... Naginata's have 1 single blade... Cyrene Domogalla replies: "Isn't that what I have? Or do you mean that the blade itself is suppose to be much more like a spear-type thingy? Instead of having a little jut in it I mean.....I'm confused!!!"

6 May 2005	TelepThoron	Loading... I really like the pose, as have every one else. The outfit IS a bit lacking in what she would really wear to battle. And as for the type of weapon she has, it resembles a Qwan Do more than Naginata. But all in all I'd have to say I really like this picture
