I like this, very nice design. The background is good, and the dragon is very important. I like the sence of motion you get from the character. I think i would try to have him a bit smaller in comparison to the circle so that it would seem that he is defeating something bigger than him ,but its a tidbit and i am not sure how it would look. Very nice.
