Try getting an anatomical picture and copy it upside down to get the knowledge of what your drawing out, Anthony E. D'Agnillo replies: "Thanks for the tip. The pictures currently displayed, with the exception of one, are a few years old, and I have since become much better at anatomy, and musculature. I will try to find some more recent pieces to put up, that show how I have improved on it. But I think, copying an anatomical, like you said, would even further improve the quality of my art.
