 I finished this recently so I figured Id upload it. I experimented a bit in this painting. I was playing around with hard line/soft line because I tend to get a soft/blurry effect in my paintings sometimes that I am trying to get rid of. Almost like an out of focus camera show. I tried doing a little more texturing than usual to try sharpen it up aswell. I also have tried blending a little less and only used hard edge brushes (I did use a soft brush in a few places here and there but not often). Any advice on that would be appreciated, thanks :).

The eye looks ob-long, but the picture is very intriguing. I like the strong emotion that you captured.

:-) Dane ashley goulter replies: "Thanks 2. Yeah I did have a bit of trouble with getting the perspective on the eye and kind of just settled on it as it was.

I was trying to capture more mood/expression in this painting since a few of my previous ones have been a little static. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out.
