| 25 Jun 2004 | Matt Segura | Loading...I have a constructive comment for you: Why don't you take your art and stick it... Ah, I'm just kidding! No, it's cool. : ) If you like martial arts and archery, then why not draw... martial artists and archers? Maybe a martial artist with a bow and reading a book while laying in a canoe. : ) Danielle J. Sitts replies: "Umm, that's an interesting idea, maybe I should give it a try. " | |

| 9 Sep 2004 | Derrick Lynn Ewing | Loading...Your really good!!!!!!! Your proportions need a little work. You are really good with color choices and combinations. And your also good at design. U need to start make your pencil and color lines darker, cause your pics are too light. you should try using a pen for a while, or at least ink over some of your pics. Your going to be an awesome artist someday. Danielle J. Sitts replies: "Thank you very much for all of the good criticism I've been working on proportions lately and I'll probably have some better pics up soon (hopefully)Thanks for stopping by!" | |
| 10 Sep 2004 | D. Chong | Loading...Hiya and thanks for dropping by my gallery and leaving a comment on a pic! Your work here are really nice, I love the originality of the costumes! The female are not bad either! ok, a small criticism I can come up with (hehe, sorry for only a small one... Derrick above had mention most of the major ones): Most of the picture does not really have much tone in it. So instead of a flat kind of picture you'll get a more sticking out and a bit more realistic picture. But hey, you've got some good drawings here, so keep up the beautiful and originality work! =) Danielle J. Sitts replies: "Thank You! I'm working on putting more depth into my drawings (I'm also trying to fix most of the flatter pics!) Hopefully there will be an update soon..." | |
| 18 Sep 2004 | Bryant J. Bartlett | Loading...Hey hey, you commented on my pics so i thought i'd return the favor. I like em but like me you need to work on proportions. But hey at least you can color. Danielle J. Sitts replies: "Thanks, I've been trying to work on proportions more " | |
| 15 Jul 2005 | C. Clayton | Loading...I noticed you use color pencils alot in your work... Have you tried Prismacolor color pencils? If not I highly recomend them... you can blend them together (with the white pencil or others) to achive beautiful fades and effects. I wish you great success in all your efforts, creative and otherwise, C Danielle J. Sitts replies: "No, I haven't tried Prismacolor pencils, but thanks for the tip! Now I'll definitely have to try them " | |
| 21 Jul 2005 | Claire 'Maab' Montigny | Loading...Very cute gallery you've got! Your art really makes me think of mine at the beginning. Productive comment: 1> You should smoothe your pencil marks (the lines), for that, if you need to colour a big space just use a tissu or blotting paper. 2> To make it more realistic, try to translate your emotion on your caracter and try not to make them pose as if you were taking a photo of them (of course you don't HAVE to do this like in portraits and other pic where it's apropriate. Finally I would like to say that you've got very good ideas, the clothes of your caracter are original, don't stop drawing and you'll be a great artist! Danielle J. Sitts replies: "Thanks for the comment! You have some very good ideas that I would like to try out as soon as possible. " | |
