Sorry for that I'm so blunt a fool, but tauri are different from minotaurs? Some minotaurs are drawn with tail. And if this is otherways like a minotaur but has the legs of a bull, or cow in her case, you should read 'The rarest of the Wild' of Anna Katheryn Smith in Elfwood. She has a world of furries, and a story in there, and her minotaurs/tauris(taurii/tauriis/taurei?) have telepathical abilities but not an ability to speak. And the story is GREAT!
Although your picture is not a bad one either... Although I think her right hand might be too short for her body. I'm not sure, ofcourse, because she is a tauri, but...
