	This is Tad. He's a childing Nocker from Changeling: The Dreaming. He's part of a story being worked on by KI and myself. He's from a gang of Fae called the Bats, which are the poor kids. He's a little pistol. He's rather small but thinks he's big and tough. He often wears a 'Batman' baseball cap and a shirt that says 'Make Me!'.
