About the Character

This is another work in progress, and this one is Lou, the main character of the older story i'm writing. This character has lots and lots of story behind him. He was born in a middle of a war between good and evil, and he doesn't knows ho is his mother. He's a very cold and distant person, always lonely. His star sign is Scorpio, what explains most of how he's like. Also, he's the one, the chosen to defeat evil and bring peace back to earth. He takes he's duty has his reason to live, and that's why he's so distant. His face reflects the pain of a falling world ready to submiss under the drk powers of Zargon, the master of all earth's evil creatures. It was Zargon ho slain his father when he was ten, and from that day on he lived with Shiva, hi's father's mentor and best friend. Also, he has two twin brothers: Kiaren and Lynn (yes, it's a girl). Lou's the oldest, next Kiaren and Lynn is the youngest. On this pic he's seventeen, and has you can see he looks determined. He's just like that, and he hates to loose, no matter if it is a battle or just a game. He also has kind of a rivality with his brother, because Kiaren is a funny and bright person (the "no worries" kind of person) and he's always making others laugh, wich is hard for Lou. On the other hand, Kiaren doesn't get along h´with him 'cause the girls are always drooling when Lou passes by...

About the drawing

I drew this on drawing paper, and then i inked it using a ballpoint pen (Heck, a Rotring pen with those very thin points). In photoshop, i remade the lineart with the pen tool, select the layers and started colouring. He's hair isn't finished yet thoug.

Author's notes

I know, my cg style changed dramatically on this pic. That's because i've done some research on photoshop, trying new styles and ways to cg. But the hard-shadowed anime will continue appearing, 'cause i already have some sketches ready to be scanned, inked and coloured. As you can see, i'm in the middle of hair. i promise i'll try to finished the fastest i can and then i'll upload the finished version of this pic. 'till then, i'll be doing sketches and sutdies and someday i'll sar the manga "The Profecy", wgere this character belongs to. It's a very emotional story, with fights, love, and enigmas. i'm sure you guys will like it. but for now i'll present you the main and secondary characters of the story. And, last but not least, i hope you liked Lou, 'cause he'll show upe in lots of places. ^_^
