Jaclyn Rose McGillivray

Jaclyn Is totally inlove with anything fantasy & Medieval. It's her place to get away from everything and just relax. She is not the greatest at freelance drawing. She has found her own style and still really enjoys it. Her main media is a simple pencil and shading. Jaclyn does a lot of graphic work as well but has lost a lot of it =(. She adds color into her art now as she is really amazed as to how much it brings the piece to life..... She doesn't know when her art will be put up but whishes she had something up there.

My dream is to become a VFX artist at the Art Institue of Vancover! My interest in that came from my Love of LOTR. I would love to thank Peter Jackson for the inspiration and for bringing J.R.R Tolkiens imaginary world to life which helped me realize my future. My thanks truely goes out to J.R.R Tolkien for creating such a wonderful masterpiece that gave wing to a wonderful dream of mine.

AS of September 30th 2008 Iam currently inrolled at The Art Institute of Vancouver, Burnaby campus studying Visual Effects. Right now I am taking 5 classes, all the basic life drawing color theory and perspective aspects of art that you need to know as well as learnging a 7k$ program called Maya and relearning Photoshop. Already know most of that stuff so it should be a breeze lol ^^
