She looks more like a Claire or Blaire something that rolls off your tongue as you say it. Love your pic too.

1 Deanna Davoli replies: "I like the name Claire or Blair, but not for a vampire. I think I am looking for more of an exotic, ancient name and those two are not it. I am so glad that you gave me your opinion though and comment...thank you!"
18 Nov 200445 Struggling Artist (is that how spell Struggling)

"Just read the odyssey"

1 Deanna Davoli replies: "   You hit the nail on the head in describing her intentions! I have not read the Odyssey, but will have to some day. How do you pronunciate "Circe"?"

this pic is prolly my favourite one. Your style is very unique. I love all of your charcoal work. hmmm....female vamp name....how about Talmirra?

12 Deanna Davoli replies: "Thank you so much for your comment and for appreciating my work in charcoal. Many people say I should try color, but I prefer black and white for certain subject matter. Im glad you feel the same. I think your name suggestion, Talmirra is one of my favorites. I have never heard any name like that before and I love off beat names. Thanks again for dropping a line."

I think this is extremely impressive. "V" names sound pretty good in my opinion.......and as for doing it in charcoal...well, what can i say? Nice touch! 1

KEEP IT UP!

1 Deanna Davoli replies: "Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I like the "V" names too!"

wow, i love it! it's really good.
BTW, to explain the name Circe that Struggling Artist said:
Circe was a witch or that lived on the island Aeaea. she changed some of Odysseus' (i don't know how that name is in English)man in pigs with poisoned wine. After hearing that Odysseus went to Circe and threat her with his sword. Circe freed Odysseus an Odysseus married with her for one year. then he went away again to come back in his land Ithaka...but it would take ten years before he finally was back by his wife and his kingdom!
So, this was the history lesson for today!
Beautiful pic!

1 Deanna Davoli replies: "Thank you so much for the history lesson, it so cool to hear where the name originated from and who that character was. Thank you also for commenting, glad you liked the picture!!"

Wow! An amazing effect! I love this picture!

Very cool pic!

60 Deanna Davoli replies: "Ooh, I like Sabre for a name, it sounds nice and could also mean a sabre sword. Seems very fitting for her."
