SciFi and Fantasy Art Invoking The Flame by Deanna Davoli

So this is sort of my first/second digital painting ever. Her hair and skin were the first things I had ever attempted to digitally paint in photoshop with a wacom tablet.....but I put this painting aside because it needed something and didn't know what for a long time. Finally, I envisioned her conjuring up the flame and the rest just sort of fell into place. I think I am most happy with the curtain in the background....go figure, the least important thing becomes my favorite. hehe If you would like to order prints of this image you can visit my website: www.ambient-arts.com
