Deanna lives and breathes art.

I have been creating art...well as long as I can remember. I used to teach elementary and middle school art, but now I only occasionally teach non credit drawing classes at a community college. I paint murals and commissioned paintings for residential and coorporate spaces for extra money, which always helps. I have not created my own art in ages. Fortunately, I found Elfwood and it inspired me to create my own work again. Thank you to Thomas A., all of the people who devote their time to make this site and of course, all of you wonderful artists here that daily keep my mind intrigued and facinated. I hope you enjoy my work! Much of what I am displaying is a few years old, but I guess old to me, new to you.

I also owe much of my love, appreciation and inspiration to my wonderful husband, who always supports and encourages me.
