The great grand-daughter of Aislin's youngest son, Traeth, who travled to Jocere to become an Andurakie, Cerulean keeps up the family tradition of serving as one of the Defenders of Peace, by joining their ranks herself. Years later, she is abducted by a sorcerer and imprisoned on a small island in the Sea of Kings, where she stayed for several years, always avoiding the evil man's attempts to woo her, and standing on the beach at night whenever a lucky ship would try to brave the deadly reef that surrounded the island, and guide them to safety. The sailors began to name her the 'Spirit of the Black Isle' and considered her to be good luck whenever she appeared. Eventually, she was freed from her prison by a pirate known as Ashley Gavarail.
