Uni is keeping me really really busy, but I’m enjoying it most of the time. Only trouble is homesickness sometimes on weekends when I’m alone; I just recently discovered that I’m absolutely no good at living on my own lol~

And how have you been?? I’ll have holidays soon, and though I have to study for exams I’m sure I’ll manage to pass by and read once in a while (when I’m in reach of internet haha)"

That’s ok! I’m lucky in that I have lots of free time at the moment, so I can bug everyone on elfwood . Are you almost done exams for the semester? I know exactly what you mean - I’m rubbish at living on my own ... perhaps why I’m taking so long to move out and I’ve also got to find a place that allows big dogs Do you get to go home for the holidays?

I’m doing alright ... even though I’m not working as much as in the summer I’m still finding lots to occupy my time, haven’t gotten bored of it yet! But the writing has been suffering a bit these last weeks since I finished nano ... I just can’t seem to buckle down and write anything worth reading But that will come in time, my muses are just a bit burnt out of creative ideas.

I was wondering, will you ever put up the old version of Love Your Enemies? And it not here, how about Deviantart? It’s such an awesome story and I really want to read the whole thing again.

Désirée Dippenaar replies: "Hm, I could!! I realise that which I have here is extremely fragmentary. And btw, did you prefer the old version? It’s interesting, because I keep thinking the new one should be better but then I’m also scared it might be a deprovement rather than improvement!

Thanks for suggesting though! I don’t really like the old version anymore personally (I find too many gaps and jumps and uncomfortable errors), BUT if I do have the old version somewhere still (thing is I’m not sure, because my old computer crashed last summer and I might only have half of the old version on the new computer), I WILL post it either here or on DeviantArt or Fictionpress or somewhere.

The story itself is marvelous, but I do like the improvements in the new version. Longer and more descriptive! AAAH YAY!! AWESOME!! Please post a link when it’s up!

hello don’t know if you remember me but i red your works a few years ago ...forgetting about them slowly because after that 60 others came ,coming back to elfwood made me remember your gift and power of writing i just wanted to tell you ,you have an amazing talent and keep on doing with what you love my dear btw do you already sell them?
