| 26 Sep 2008 | John R Farley Jr | Loading...I’d like to see another Flourina Mourning type picture sometime. I’ve worked with missionary kids, it was fun. I taught arts and crafts. (Shock!) Désirée R. 'Eo' Dippenaar replies: "Flurina Mourning type picture in what sense exactly? The landscape? Hm, it does start giving me ideas actually; thanks for suggesting ^^
Ooh, you’ve worked with missionary kids? I knew a few over here, but most of them left and those left over are either younger than me and I hardly know them, or they lost their faith... = ="
| 28 Sep 2008 | John R Farley Jr | Loading...Maybe the landscape itself, and the look of the character. Désirée R. 'Eo' Dippenaar replies: "I’m actually in the process of uploading two older pictures which involve a lot of landscape, and am painting a third.
The look of the character is something a bit hard to do again - I am terrible at drawing people! But if I have time I’ll try and fiddle around again. I haven’t updated this page in forever."
| 24 Oct 2008 | Anna Moonfrost Grawe | Loading...No worries! i’m picky to thats why i don’t like my art work tell i do it to my level of exceptance (wonders if i’m even getting better at not looking at something while drawing has inproved...)

Désirée R. 'Eo' Dippenaar replies: "Haha, I’m exactly the same!! I have a perfect idea in my mind, then I draw it and it looks absolutely not how I imagined it, so I don’t like it
Life’s been fine, I’ve been away this week, on a school trip in Cambodia where my class built some houses. Was very nice, in some ways fun and in some ways sad. There were some VERY insistent street children who clung on to me and said they wouldn’t go until I gave them one dollar o.O Hehe~"
| 31 Oct 2008 | Anna Moonfrost Grawe | Loading...hmmmmm don’t really know what to think of that....... but thats good..... so what does your class do? besides building houses.... Désirée R. 'Eo' Dippenaar replies: "Ah, we did lots of things. Some shopping, some sight-seeing in the capital city (like royal palace, historical places like mass graves and torture centres from the 1970s when things were really bad there), and similar. Was nice " | |

Yes, I’ve been to South Africa - my grandparents live there, so I visit them once every two years. I’ve only ever been in the Cape area though - our holidays are never long enough. I LOVE South Africa "
