These are my characters Josephine and Prince Yannor (from Love your Enemies, though their story is a hidden subplot and will only really come up in the rewrite). Their relationship isn't quite as innocent as it looks like here - in fact I don't quite like this picture because they both don't look like they really do... = = As always happens.

Earth has been taken over by elves, and is now part of their empire, with the Prince in charge. Elves see humans as below them, and treat them so, with conditions similar to apartheid. Josephine is a human orphan who was caught by the palace guards once while stealing food in the palace kitchens. She immediately blabbed informations when she saw the Prince, and has been his spy and mistress ever since. In this scene, he gives her her first rewards for spying: he introduces her to some fancy elf dresses, make-up, hairbrushes... I couldn't quite bring her excitement across in this picture though, which is why I don't exactly like it. = =

The drawing itself isn’t too bad, not a bad skecth, really. Maybe open the mouths a little bit and widen the eyes.

Dislike his nose.
She looks pretty... smug. Snobbish. Well, she is. But she’s supposed to be feeling hyper/crazy/excited? Like her hair though. Shouldn’t it be longer? Dunno, it’s pretty fine anyway.

Main problem is that they look too father-daughter. Hahaha~ And he looks terrible 10

Being not biased this time round, it looks better with the colour you added in just last night is nearly there.. Hahaha, now it’s the shape of the Prince’s nose that we dislike, don’t we? I am imagining that it should be a little straight (just a little more)

But when I saw the colour effect, I knew that the colour would turn out just fine. 14

Hahaha~ I feel like re-doing his face completely =.= His face is supposed to be really thin. He’s supposed to be this really "dark" type of person. Like dark stare. Permanent glare. Something like that 10 Ehehehe~

He looks too loving 10 When in fact he isn’t really. Not at this point. Later he comes to the brink of actually loving her, but so far she’s just a cheap mistress for him.

POOR JOSIE!!! JOSIE DON’T TRUST HIM GO AWAY RUN FAR AWAY!!!!! (too late. *sigh*)"
