Wow... the picture is awesome.

For some reason, I always get all choked up when I think about Frodo and Bilbo leaving Middle-Earth forever.. *sniffle* Bye bye... safe journey! *waves from the docks* I sure am going to miss them =\

Fantastic atmospherical piece.

i was a bit confused by the hobbits' clothes. but, well, it's your imagination and it's good. i LOVE the landscape!
ahhh! someone, who just had the same fantasy of the grey harbour as me... *glück*

Oh yeah, such a sad and moddy scene - great interpretation!

I don't think it really looks like the grey harbors.... It reminds me to Isengard

This is VERY close to how I pictured it when reading the books. The film didn't get it right for me, it irked me... But this is very much how I saw it. You captured the atmosphere Tolkein was going for VERY well, I think. ^_^ Wonderful!

it the grey havens, not harbours! Good pic though.

Great pic! but I think that Mithlond was white.. not black.. great pic anyways...
it dosn´t look like Isengard at all.. and how can they call that towers Orthanc?

Alas, this picture does not do the fair haven justice, too dark and grim. The elves dwell there still, Cirdan and his own, awaiting the last elves who wish to cross over the sea and pass into the uttermost west to Valinor. I doubt very much that the elves had towers flaming, not even as light-houses, for no ships were comeing from the sea returning. Alas, it was valiant, but falls short....forgive me, but I speak my mind.
