Some know that Tyler has some issues. He has Borderline personality disorder. "Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a serious mental illness characterized by pervasive instability in moods, interpersonal relationships, self-image, and behavior."

I chose a blue sky with a storm coming because it symbolizes how quickly Tyler cycles between a somewhat normal state and his completely psychotic episodes. He sits with his beloved chainsaw Betti waiting for the next storm to come.
