Your gallery is phenomenal! I especially love the pieces with horses in them. Your Bio mentions you like designing armour and period costumes. . . are you a member of the SCA by chance?

:-) Cathey Osborne replies: "Good catch! I have been SCA, am currently Amtgard, and have several contacts into other reinactment and stage groups. I do all kinds of things with all of them..."

Your linework is remarkably skilled and I’m really quite in awe of it. The clarity and definition of the lines is something I’m working very hard at learning so its impressive to see it carried out so well.

And all your stamp designs are so cool! I knew -somebody- had to design artistic stamps like those, but it never really crossed my mind as to who. So it was very neat to come across someone like you who does create them. 2

:-) Cathey Osborne replies: "Thanks! I have studied the Japanese art of Ukiyo-e, which gave me a strong affection for clean lines. It has caused me problems with shading things, though. 2 If you are interested, check out the works of Hokusai, Kuniyoshi, and Yoshi-toshi. be warned that while they created a lot of beauty, it is Japanese and there’s also a lot of violence."
