Foals don’t have a full tail or mane by then so it looks like a stub of hair. Thats how its suppose to look. If you want. Google up foals and take a look yourself. Really young foals actually look like that. By the way I love that picture. I would so want that as a tattoo. I liked the fairies that people get because of their wings, but I just didn’t want a person tattooed on me and a foal was a creative and excelent idea. I think you’ve got Breyer models... this cute little guy looks familiar...
