	Okay, so the fairy winged foals have turned into a bit of a series. This little guy is just plain frisky! This is a color test for prints. It was actually given as a prize at ApolloCon 2004. Hand colored versions are currently available by contacting the artist.

1 Oct 2005	Moe	Loading... Th tail is a little messed up. It doesn't really look like a horse tail but the pic is still totally awesome! Cathey Osborne replies: "Actually, foals flip their tails all kinds of ways that have boggled me. "
2 Apr 2007	Anonymous	Loading... Moe, that would be because a horse’s tail is actually almost a foot of bone line a dogs tail and is very thick. And thats a foal drawn. Foals don’t have a full tail or mane by then so it looks like a stub of hair. Thats how its suppose to look. If you want. Google up foals and take a look yourself. Really young foals actually look like that. By the way I love that picture. I would so want that as a tattoo. I liked the fairies that people get because of their wings, but I just didn’t want a person tattooed on me and a foal was a creative and excelent idea. 15 Apr 2007	Anonymous	Loading... Yeah, the tail is just fine.. for all the people who don’t know much about horses, they’ve got a bone in their tails and that helps support the tail... I think you’ve got Breyer models... this cute little guy looks familiar... Cathey Osborne replies: "I have a large collection of Breyers and other models, actually, and often use them for references along with tons of photos and live sketches. Watching foals is a lively past-time!"
