	The little seahorse comes out of his shell with a splash! The original artwork on this was 1.5' x 7'. It was done for a bookmarker. I have printed and hand-colored over 100 of these, and no two of them look alike.

I rather like the colors you chose for this little guys Chuckles very creative picture, looks like it should be on a shirt or mousepad or bookmark or something chuckles I've never heard of a dappled gray hippocamp before....i rather like it and the the coral like colored fins. a rather lovely interpertation of the mighty hippocampus. Cathey Osborne replies: "I like doing variations in all the colors horses really come in, and then some! So many fantasy artists stick to blues and purples to enhance the idea of "Fantasy". I prefer the natural rainbow. It makes for a striking contrast. "
8 May 2003	Katrin Praefcke	Loading... This is a very beautiful motif. I really could have a place everywhere, preferably on my wall ;-) It's quite dark, but the colour still come out greatly! I love grey horses! Cathey Osborne replies: "Greys and blacks are my favorites! This little guy has been colored in all kinds of colors, not just the greys, and they are all lovely."
