This was an emergency wraparound cover for a local convention back in 1996. The Artist Guest of Honor had mailed art for the cover, but it was late in arriving. Had it not arrived in time to go to press, this would have been used. The original art sold at auction at that con for a tidy sum. This is what happens when I get excited and have a very short deadline. It was produced in just under 8 hours.

30 Jan 2005	Lisa Jonsson	Loading... What medium do u use for the larger black areas? Cathey Osborne replies: "I normally use a brush pen for the larger black areas in a composition, but for this one I used india ink and a brush because of the really alrge areas that needed to be covered."
