Can I make a negative comment?
I agree with all the comments here, but I think there's one detail to improve: the maid's hair isn't accorded to the rest of the picture, its seems you were longing to finish your drawing. Apart from that, everything is cool I think (and that's why the hair caught my eye in fact ;P )

All I can think of at this moment is this: WOW.

OK, I can finaly speak again, it doesnt look like it would protect much and its not how I see studded leather but I supose she could be a kensai... Yeah, I will just imagen she is a sword saint, they dont need much armor so it seems very fitting. The armor would actualy be a very good defence now that I think about it, Everyone would stand there drooling rather than attacking. A very good defence... Well i certainly wouldnt stand a chance against her, I would be one of thoes that stand there drooling.

Omg like this is one of my favorites of your drawings. She's alot better than I can do. I mean I can draw good, but not anywhere near this good. Plus I always have problems adding backgrounds. Even simple ones. Anywayz I figured I would also let you know that I colored it on my comp with Adobe Photo Deluxe just for the fun of it and because I hd nothing better to do. Plus I need the practice anywayz. But yeah. If you want to see it colored you can go ahead and e-mail me. Just make sure to put in the subject like "Studded Leather" or something cuz I don't bother with e-mails from ppl I don't know. And I swear I didn't ruin her. I'm not sure if the colors I used are the colors you might've had in mind. But she still turned out pretty good. And omg I love that outfit. If I had the patience I might try drawing with as much detail as this but sadly I don't. I always get too impatient and end up just wanting to finish the drawing. But maybe eventually I can work on that one tiny problem. lol. Anywayz I'll most likely be back in your gallery later seeing as how it's one of the best I've seen.

All I can say is.. Inspiring as all He**! Wonderful work here, Lloyd. That armour gives me ideas, despite it's impractical nature.. hehehe. top notch details, mate!

how in gods name do you get time enuff to draw such detailed pics with two young lads in tow? I am ever more impressed. *sigh* I am so not worthy.

You know; that's something I've always thought might be possible with MAGICAL armor.... that it gives little cover, but because of the magic it does give protection... and we all know that magic armor HAS TO BE hornate and beautiful...

So maybe that's what she's wearing?

LOL the thing that rocks the most on this picture is the simple fact that you "Drew it to make a point" and a darn funny one. I'd like to know what you RPG buddy said afterwards. I remember often making illustrated points when I was DMing to try and show my players... "Now see, that's how it works". Very nice art Lloyd and very creative idea
