	At the urging of one of my fellow Elfwood artists I have submitted this picture. No, that red glow is not added in. The camera did that all on it's own. It looks like I'm casting Dancing Lights...or Fireball. You pick which. :D

17 May 2003	S. A. Mi	Loading... cool costume!! BUT THE STAFF IS AWESOME!!! Joan Desiree Johnson replies: "I'm not sure how clear it is, but the staff has two black snakes carved around it. My dad's barber carved that for me. They even have little red eyes made out of matchsticks!"

Fireball....YES, yes, wonderful spell that one, how did that go again...scratches beard Seriously I was in a Live steel Performance group for several years, I had the time of my life and still miss it to this day. Costume is nicely put together and the staff looks great.
5 May 2004	Aaron K. Shaw	Loading... First thing I thought of when I saw this image was "Eleka nahmen nahmen ah tum ah tum eleka nahmen..." Trust me, that's a good thing. Great costume!!! And I too love that staff. Especially the snakey thingies! GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!! Joan Desiree Johnson replies: "Ohhh, I need to mention this in the description: The staff was done by one of my dad's friends. I wanted a snake staff many years ago and he carved one for me. When I decided the outfit would make a good costume I thought the staff would be the perfect finishing touch! When I go home for the summer I'll get Julien's last name from my dad and credit him. "
29 Mar 2006	Marcus W. Ager	Loading... Awesome costume, magic users rock! ^^. I say dancing lights, that's just what it feels most like. Or maybe Prestidigation (or however that spell was spelled. I'm all tongue-tied now 0.o). Was this costume for a LARP, or did u just go nuts one Halloween? ^^ Joan Desiree Johnson replies: "Hi! Thanks for the comment! This was just my Halloween costume one year. I think I was 19 at the time. "
